1. Introduction

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. These terms exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and a consistent experience for all customers.

2. Use of the Website

Our website is provided for browsing, ordering, and general information. All content, including images, text, and branding, remains the property of Sammari Gift Co and may not be copied or used without permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or engage in unlawful activity while using it.

3. Product Representation & Variations

Many of our products are made in small batches by local makers. Variations in colour, form, or availability may occur.
The colouring of products in photographs may appear slightly different from the actual items.
Where necessary, we may substitute an item of equal or greater quality if a product becomes unavailable.

4. Pre‑Orders

Pre‑orders are offered for selected calendar events throughout the year.
Pre‑order items are prepared and dispatched closer to the relevant event period.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Availability and contents may differ from general‑season hampers due to supplier schedules and seasonal production.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Payment is taken at checkout.
We currently accept credit and debit cards. Available payment methods may change without notice.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
If an order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available across Australia.
Delivery dates may be selected for orders placed more than two weeks in advance. All other orders are dispatched as soon as possible unless the order is placed in conjunction with a pre‑order promotion.
Delivery timeframes vary by region, and delays caused by third‑party couriers are outside our control.

8. Gift Orders

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including name, address, and delivery instructions.
Delivery is considered complete once the parcel reaches the address supplied.
If redelivery or additional courier fees apply due to incorrect information, these costs may be passed on to the purchaser.

9. Returns & Faulty Items
