Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Resolutions

1. Our Commitment
Each hamper prepared by Sammari Gift Co is assembled with care. If you or the recipient experiences an issue, we will assist with a timely resolution.
All actions require prior approval from Sammari Gift Co. Please email admin@sammarigiftco.com.au before proceeding.
2. Change‑of‑Mind Returns
If you or the recipient wishes to return a purchase, please contact admin@sammarigiftco.com.au within 7 days of receiving the order. Approval is required before any return is accepted.
Eligible returns receive a store credit equal to the amount paid for the product, excluding delivery fees.
Store credits remain valid for 12 months.
Return postage for change‑of‑mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
A trackable postal service is recommended, as we cannot process returns that do not arrive or lack proof of delivery.
Hampers must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition.
3. Cancelling or Amending an Order
Orders are prepared promptly, often dispatched the same business day.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
You may contact admin@sammarigiftco.com.au to check the status of your order and seek approval for any changes.
If the order has already left our warehouse, you or the recipient may return it upon arrival, following the change‑of‑mind guidelines above.
Return postage for cancelled or amended orders is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If a hamper arrives damaged or contains a faulty item, please notify admin@sammarigiftco.com.au within 2 business days of delivery. This applies whether the issue is identified by you or the recipient.
Please include:
- the order number
- clear photographs of the concern
After assessment, Sammari Gift Co will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- replacement of the affected item
- replacement of the entire hamper
- store credit
- refund
For confirmed faults or damage, Sammari Gift Co covers all return postage costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Delivery Issues & Redirections
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, redirection may not be possible.
If a redirection cannot be completed and the hamper returns to our warehouse, it may be resent to a new address for a flat redelivery fee of $18 per hamper.
Approval is required before redelivery.
6. Unclaimed or Returned‑to‑Sender Hampers
If a hamper is returned to Sammari Gift Co because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact the purchaser within 1 business day of its arrival.
You may choose to have it resent for a flat redelivery fee of $18 per hamper.
Approval is required before redelivery.
